  Researchers have discovered a new species of frog in the forests of southern Thailand, characterized by its “stocky” build and “muscular” thighs, after hearing its unique raspy call in the wild. This find is part of a larger project aimed at re-evaluating Berdmore’s narrow-mouthed frog, which may include several previously misclassified species. Over decades, scientists have explored various sites across nine countries, capturing and studying these fascinating amphibians. Nature continues to surprise us! 🌍
